Horoscopes, birth charts, compatibility scores, muhurat suggestions and any other astrology (Jyotish) output from Vin-G apps are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They are not scientifically validated and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not make health, marriage, career, financial or other important decisions on the basis of astrology results alone.
1b. Financial and analytics output is not financial advice
Dashboards, reports, forecasts, expense and invoice summaries, stock or market data and any other financial or analytics output are informational tools based on the data you or third parties provide. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not investment, tax, accounting or financial advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst or broker (including under SEBI regulations). Consult a qualified professional before acting on them.
1c. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, websites, summaries, suggestions or replies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to content created for others, and may not reflect current facts or law. Review AI-generated content before you use, publish or rely on it; you are responsible for content you publish. AI-generated content is labelled where practicable. Do not enter sensitive personal data into AI features unless needed.
2. "As is" service
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India, and applicable EU/UK and US state laws) are not affected.
3. Your data and your customers
When you use Vin-G to manage your own customers' data you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents for that data. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Service.
4. Third-party links and integrations
Links and integrations (payment gateways, messaging, calendars, etc.) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
