Use Google Calendar with Vin-G Bookings
See your Google events as bookings in Vin-G and, with your permission, send Vin-G bookings to Google Calendar.
What moves
- Google Calendar events → bookings (first run: 12 months back to 6 months ahead)
- Cancelled Google events → the matching booking is marked cancelled
- Vin-G bookings → Google Calendar events (only if you grant write access)
How it works
- Open Import → Connections and choose Google. Pick read-only calendar access, or calendar access with push.
- Vin-G reads your primary calendar (or the calendars you choose) and keeps a sync token to fetch only changes.
- Events that came from Google are never pushed back, so nothing loops.
Limits
- Push needs the extra Google Calendar events permission; without it the connection is read-only.
- You can also import a Google Calendar export once, using the Google Calendar preset.

- Vin-G Bookings: A public booking page with services, staff availability and reminders.
Questions
Will Vin-G change my existing Google events?
Only events it created from Vin-G bookings, and only if you granted push access.
Can my clients see my Google Calendar?
No. Clients see the free slots on your Vin-G booking page, not your calendar.
