Vyapar
Move from Vyapar to Vin-G
Export your Vyapar data and bring it into Vin-G: customers, products, past sale invoices and expenses.
What moves
- Parties → customers in Vin-G CRM
- Items → products
- Sale invoices → invoices in Vin-G Invoices
- Expenses → Vin-G Finance
How it works
- Export the file from your current tool.
- In Vin-G, open Import → New import and pick the preset for that tool, or Generic for any CSV or Excel file.
- Check the column mapping and the preview. Rows that match an existing record by email or phone are flagged instead of copied twice.
- Confirm. The records appear in the Vin-G apps that use them.
Limits
- Files up to 10 MB each (zip archives of documents up to 100 MB).
- A file import is a one-time copy. It does not keep the two tools in sync.
- Not available: a Hindi or other Indian-language interface (English only today), or POS billing.
Where the data goes
- Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
- Vin-G Invoices: GST invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST, PDF, reminders and online payment.
- Vin-G Finance: Expenses with receipts, bank CSV import and an accountant export.
- Vin-G Store: An online storefront with cart, checkout and stock tracking.
Questions
