Import your Tally data into Vin-G

Bring customers, products, sales and expenses across from Tally without retyping them. Vin-G reads Tally Excel exports and Tally XML.

What moves

Export the file from your current tool.
In Vin-G, open Import → New import and pick the preset for that tool, or Generic for any CSV or Excel file.
Check the column mapping and the preview. Rows that match an existing record by email or phone are flagged instead of copied twice.
Confirm. The records appear in the Vin-G apps that use them.

Files up to 10 MB each (zip archives of documents up to 100 MB).
A file import is a one-time copy. It does not keep the two tools in sync.
Vin-G does not replace Tally as your ledger. Keep Tally (or your accountant’s tool) for the books.
Not available: GST e-invoicing (IRN), e-way bills or GSTR filing.

Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
Vin-G Invoices: GST invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST, PDF, reminders and online payment.
Vin-G Finance: Expenses with receipts, bank CSV import and an accountant export.
Vin-G Store: An online storefront with cart, checkout and stock tracking.

Which Tally exports work?

Ledgers (Sundry Debtors), Stock Items, Stock Summary, the Day Book (Excel), the Sales Register and payment vouchers. Tally XML exports are read too.

Will my GST details come across?

Customer and invoice fields that are in the export, such as GSTIN, are mapped where Vin-G has a matching field. Check the preview before you confirm.

Does Vin-G sync with Tally?

No. It is a one-time import from a file. There is no live Tally connection.
