Connect Shopify to Vin-G
Keep Shopify customers, products and orders in Vin-G, either from a live connection or from Shopify’s CSV exports.
What moves
- Customers → Vin-G CRM
- Products (one row per variant) → products
- Orders → orders in Vin-G (live connection only)
How it works
- Live: open Import → Connections, choose Shopify and approve access for your shop. Vin-G pulls new and changed records and registers Shopify webhooks after the first run.
- File: export customers.csv or products.csv from Shopify and use the matching Shopify preset in Import → New import.
- Check the preview; duplicates are flagged by email or phone.
Limits
- The connection reads from Shopify. It does not write products or orders back to Shopify.
- Not available: POS or inventory across warehouses.
Where the data goes
- Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
- Vin-G Store: An online storefront with cart, checkout and stock tracking.
- Vin-G Analytics: Revenue, retention and peak-hour reports from across the suite.
Questions
Do I have to leave Shopify?
No. You can keep Shopify and use Vin-G for bookings, invoices and CRM next to it, or move your products into Vin-G Store.
How quickly do changes arrive?
Shopify webhooks deliver changes as they happen; a scheduled pull also catches anything missed.
