Zoho
Bring Zoho CRM contacts and Zoho Books data into Vin-G
Two paths: a live Zoho CRM connection for contacts, and file imports for Zoho Books invoices and expenses.
What moves
- Zoho CRM contacts → customers in Vin-G (live pull of new and changed contacts)
- Zoho Books invoices → Vin-G Invoices (file import)
- Zoho Books expenses → Vin-G Finance (file import)
How it works
- Zoho CRM: open Import → Connections, choose Zoho and sign in to Zoho. Vin-G pulls contacts, then checks for changes on a schedule.
- Zoho Books: export invoices or expenses, then use Import → New import with the Zoho Books preset.
- Check the preview; duplicates are flagged by email or phone.
Limits
- The Zoho CRM connection reads contacts only. Writing changes back to Zoho is switched off.
- Zoho Books is a file import, not a live connection.
- If a sync keeps failing it backs off and then pauses the connection until you reconnect.
Where the data goes
- Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
- Vin-G Invoices: GST invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST, PDF, reminders and online payment.
- Vin-G Finance: Expenses with receipts, bank CSV import and an accountant export.
Questions
Is the Zoho CRM sync two-way?
No. Vin-G pulls contacts from Zoho CRM. Pushing Vin-G changes back to Zoho is not switched on.
Can I connect Zoho Books live?
No. Zoho Books invoices and expenses come in from an export file.
