Move from Vagaro to Vin-G
Bring your Vagaro customers, services, team and appointments into Vin-G.
What moves
- Customer list → Vin-G CRM
- Services → Vin-G Bookings
- Employees → staff
- Appointments → bookings
How it works
- Export the file from your current tool.
- In Vin-G, open Import → New import and pick the preset for that tool, or Generic for any CSV or Excel file.
- Check the column mapping and the preview. Rows that match an existing record by email or phone are flagged instead of copied twice.
- Confirm. The records appear in the Vin-G apps that use them.
Limits
- Files up to 10 MB each (zip archives of documents up to 100 MB).
- A file import is a one-time copy. It does not keep the two tools in sync.
Where the data goes
- Vin-G Bookings: A public booking page with services, staff availability and reminders.
- Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
- Vin-G HR: Clock in and out, leave requests with approval, and staff profiles.

Do my staff come across?
Yes. The Vagaro employees export imports as staff.
