What moves

  • Patients → customers in Vin-G CRM

How it works

  1. Export the file from your current tool.
  2. In Vin-G, open Import → New import and pick the preset for that tool, or Generic for any CSV or Excel file.
  3. Check the column mapping and the preview. Rows that match an existing record by email or phone are flagged instead of copied twice.
  4. Confirm. The records appear in the Vin-G apps that use them.

Limits

  • Files up to 10 MB each (zip archives of documents up to 100 MB).
  • A file import is a one-time copy. It does not keep the two tools in sync.
  • Patients only: clinical records and prescriptions are not imported.

Where the data goes

  • Vin-G CRM: Contacts, a deal pipeline, lead capture forms and lead-ad import.
  • Vin-G Bookings: A public booking page with services, staff availability and reminders.

Questions

Are medical records imported?

No. Only the patient list (names and contact details) comes across.
